SPINK5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,004 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINK5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPZL2, NECTIN4_S426, and FAM160A1. Each is linked with SPINK5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK5-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPINK5 versus MPZL2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
