SPAG8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,568 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAG8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBR1, MTND5P22, and SNORD82. Each is linked with SPAG8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG8-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBR1 grouped by SPAG8-low versus SPAG8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
