Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC6A12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 246 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A12-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEUP1, OR4N4, and KLK12. Each is linked with SLC6A12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A12-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A12 results are reported.
