SASH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SASH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,878 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SASH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1, GINS3, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with SASH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SASH1-to-partner and partner-to-SASH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCC1 grouped by SASH1-low versus SASH1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SASH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SASH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
