Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SASH1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SASH1 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SASH1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SASH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UCS show a favorable association.

KIRC, UCS, and OV are the cancer types where SASH1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
