Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNF113B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNF113B expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNF113B is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNF113B protein abundance shows 14,729 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in PDAC. Together, these results highlight ACC, BRCA, and PDAC as cancer lineages where RNF113B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
