Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASE12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-777P, ATP5MFP3, and RPL7L1P5. Each is linked with RNASE12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE12-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-777P grouped by RNASE12-low versus RNASE12-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
