Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNA5SP207 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNA5SP207 expression is associated with patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNA5SP207 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNA5SP207 RNA expression shows 6,218 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where RNA5SP207 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
