Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RET RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,913 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RET-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, MYEF2_S17, and UPP1. Each is linked with RET in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RET-to-partner and partner-to-RET results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RET versus MYEF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RET→partner) and Y-score (partner→RET) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
