Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB36 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,992 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB36-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFHC2, RSPH14, and SERPINI2. Each is linked with RAB36 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB36-to-partner and partner-to-RAB36 results are reported.
