PRKAA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,344 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP49, RPL5P21, and RNU6-116P. Each is linked with PRKAA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAA1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP49 grouped by PRKAA1-low versus PRKAA1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
