Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01677 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01677 expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01677 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, LINC01677 RNA expression shows 6,341 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LIHC, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC01677 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
