PINLYP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PINLYP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PINLYP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPDYE9, MIR378H, and MIR744. Each is linked with PINLYP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PINLYP-to-partner and partner-to-PINLYP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPDYE9 grouped by PINLYP-low versus PINLYP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PINLYP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PINLYP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
