PINK1-AS

associated omics data
PINK1 antisense RNAGenealiases: NAPINK1 · PINK1-AS1 · PINK1AS

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored PINK1-AS profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. PINK1-AS expression is associated with patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, PINK1-AS is differentially expressed in 11, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, PINK1-AS RNA expression shows 19,372 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Together, these results highlight BLCA, KIRC, and KIRP as cancer lineages where PINK1-AS shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes PINK1-AS survival associations across molecular data types. PINK1-AS RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (25). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible PINK1-AS RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High PINK1-AS expression shows unfavorable associations in BLCA, KICH, LGG and ACC, but favorable associations in KIRC and COAD. The BLCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify BLCA as the clearest survival context for PINK1-AS RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for PINK1-AS. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. PINK1-AS shows lower tumor expression in THCA and KICH and higher tumor expression in KIRC, HNSC, STAD and LIHC. The KIRC box plot shows higher PINK1-AS RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.550, t-test p < 0.001).
