PINK1-AS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PINK1-AS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,372 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PINK1-AS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARID1A, HP1BP3, and WDTC1. Each is linked with PINK1-AS in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PINK1-AS-to-partner and partner-to-PINK1-AS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PINK1-AS versus ARID1A in PCPG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PINK1-AS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PINK1-AS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
