Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGBD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,276 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGBD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMD, DNAJC6, and P2RY12. Each is linked with PGBD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGBD5-to-partner and partner-to-PGBD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGBD5 versus MMD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGBD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGBD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
