Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR5B12 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR5B12 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR5B12 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, OR5B12 RNA expression shows 6,489 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight UVM, HNSC, and STAD as cancer lineages where OR5B12 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
