Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR52N5 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR52N5 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCS. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR52N5 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Additionally, OR52N5 RNA expression shows 6,912 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight UCS, PAAD, and TGCT as cancer lineages where OR52N5 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
