Across TCGA patient cohorts, NQO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 175 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NQO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1265P, MIR153-1, and RN7SKP177. Each is linked with NQO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NQO2-to-partner and partner-to-NQO2 results are reported.
