NIPA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 433 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNLIPP1, TRG-AS1, and BTBD10. Each is linked with NIPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPA1-to-partner and partner-to-NIPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNLIPP1 grouped by NIPA1-low versus NIPA1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
