MYEOV

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYEOV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 330 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYEOV-associated genes across cancer lineages are VENTXP3, RNA5SP389, and RNA5SP358. Each is linked with MYEOV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYEOV-to-partner and partner-to-MYEOV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VENTXP3 grouped by MYEOV-low versus MYEOV-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYEOV→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYEOV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
