Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYEOV RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MYEOV data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MYEOV RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYEOV expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and READ show a favorable association.
UVM, ACC, and PAAD are the cancer types where MYEOV RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
