Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNA5SP389 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNA5SP389 expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNA5SP389 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, RNA5SP389 RNA expression shows 4,355 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight STAD, and THYM as cancer lineages where RNA5SP389 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
