Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SKP112 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SKP112 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SKP112 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RN7SKP112 RNA expression shows 8,362 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in GBM. Together, these results highlight KIRP, KIRC, and GBM as cancer lineages where RN7SKP112 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
