Q-omics provides the consensus-scored SEC22B2P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. SEC22B2P expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCS. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, SEC22B2P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, SEC22B2P RNA expression shows 7,270 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight UCS, BRCA, and THYM as cancer lineages where SEC22B2P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
