MTTP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTTP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,555 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF232, PUSL1, and GATB. Each is linked with MTTP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTTP-to-partner and partner-to-MTTP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF232 grouped by MTTP-low versus MTTP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
