Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMACHC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 667 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMACHC-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARF4P3, MTND4P25, and RNU6-742P. Each is linked with MMACHC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMACHC-to-partner and partner-to-MMACHC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARF4P3 grouped by MMACHC-low versus MMACHC-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMACHC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMACHC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
