Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,034 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are KSR2, SPACA5, and OTOS. Each is linked with MIDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIDN-to-partner and partner-to-MIDN results are reported.
