Across TCGA patient cohorts, M6PR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible M6PR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, RN7SL163P, and VN1R93P. Each is linked with M6PR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both M6PR-to-partner and partner-to-M6PR results are reported.
