RN7SL163P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL163P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Additionally, RN7SL163P RNA expression shows 6,175 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight STAD, and LIHC as cancer lineages where RN7SL163P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
