Q-omics provides the consensus-scored VN1R93P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. VN1R93P expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, VN1R93P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, VN1R93P RNA expression shows 6,316 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight KICH, UCEC, and STAD as cancer lineages where VN1R93P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
