Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C14orf180, CT45A6, and TAAR8. Each is linked with LRRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRD1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C14orf180 grouped by LRRD1-low versus LRRD1-high in URINARY_TRACT.
