Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRD1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRD1 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher LRRD1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SCLC show a favorable association.

UCS, KIRC, and DLBC are the cancer types where LRRD1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
