Q-omics provides the consensus-scored C14orf180 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. C14orf180 expression is associated with patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, C14orf180 is differentially expressed in 17, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, C14orf180 RNA expression shows 11,038 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight KIRC, THCA, and TGCT as cancer lineages where C14orf180 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
