Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 324 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC38-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-42P, RNU6-49P, and RNU1-2. Each is linked with LRRC38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC38-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-42P grouped by LRRC38-low versus LRRC38-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC38→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
