Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC00477 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC00477 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC00477 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, LINC00477 RNA expression shows 6,508 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC00477 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
