LHCGR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHCGR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,690 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHCGR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, CENPH, and RFC4. Each is linked with LHCGR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHCGR-to-partner and partner-to-LHCGR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-58P grouped by LHCGR-low versus LHCGR-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHCGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHCGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
