LENEP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LENEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LENEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBL1Y, MIR6500, and RN7SL495P. Each is linked with LENEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LENEP-to-partner and partner-to-LENEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBL1Y grouped by LENEP-low versus LENEP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LENEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LENEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
