Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL495P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL495P expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL495P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RN7SL495P RNA expression shows 5,113 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight CESC, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL495P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
