Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,198 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYMSOS, RNASEK, and ATP2A1-AS1. Each is linked with LAMC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMC1-to-partner and partner-to-LAMC1 results are reported.
