LALBA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LALBA RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LALBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL6A2, LRP4, and GABRG3. Each is linked with LALBA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LALBA-to-partner and partner-to-LALBA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COL6A2 grouped by LALBA-low versus LALBA-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LALBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→LALBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
