KRTAP5-8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP5-8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 659 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP5-8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7AP23, ETFA, and TEX36. Each is linked with KRTAP5-8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP5-8-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP5-8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL7AP23 grouped by KRTAP5-8-low versus KRTAP5-8-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP5-8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP5-8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
