KLHL41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 419 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL41-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP9-1, DAZL, and OR8B12. Each is linked with KLHL41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL41-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP9-1 grouped by KLHL41-low versus KLHL41-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL41→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
