KDM3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,020 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1, RNU6-391P, and ARRDC1-AS1. Each is linked with KDM3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM3A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCC1 grouped by KDM3A-low versus KDM3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
