Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNQ5-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,822 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNQ5-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SET_S7, KCNQ5_S78, and RREB1_S161. Each is linked with KCNQ5-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ5-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ5-AS1 results are reported.
