IL7R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL7R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 319 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL7R-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXPE4, LRRC55, and GNGT1. Each is linked with IL7R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL7R-to-partner and partner-to-IL7R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NXPE4 grouped by IL7R-low versus IL7R-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL7R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL7R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
