Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-65 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-65-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPAM1, LATS2-AS1, and STRIT1. Each is linked with IGHV3-65 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-65-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-65 results are reported.
