Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFI44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IFI44-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA48, C10orf71, and ACER1. Each is linked with IFI44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI44-to-partner and partner-to-IFI44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA48 grouped by IFI44-low versus IFI44-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFI44→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFI44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
