HLTF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLTF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,404 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACAP2, STAG1, and KPNA1. Each is linked with HLTF in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLTF-to-partner and partner-to-HLTF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HLTF versus ACAP2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
