HAO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 748 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VDAC1P3, OAF, and FDX1P2. Each is linked with HAO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAO1-to-partner and partner-to-HAO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VDAC1P3 grouped by HAO1-low versus HAO1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
